2017 NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
A Special General Meeting of Friends of the Melton Botanic Garden Inc. will be held on:
Wednesday 13th December 2017 commencing at 7:00pm at the Depot, 21 Williams Street, Melton.
Meeting Purpose:
Changes to the Friends of the Melton Botanic Garden Rules of Incorporation.
The Association has applied for deductible gift recipient status from the Australian Tax Office. In order to be granted deductible gift recipient status the Australian Tax Office requires that any associated deductible gift recipient has certain clauses within the governing rules of the Association.
